Create a Morning Ritual for Manifesting Your Dream

People who have been able to manifest their dreams will tell you that their dream didn’t just fall into their lap one day. They had to work for it. They had a vision of what they wanted, and they invested energy in that vision regularly. They had to create intentional habits or routines to make progress. Surprises arose that had to be addressed. They had to make choices and sacrifices. They experienced doubts and obstacles.

Many of these people will also tell you that they had a morning ritual to focus on manifesting their dream.

You already know that your morning sets a tone for your whole day. Letting the day unfold without consciously envisioning your dream is a missed opportunity! Take advantage of this time and set an intention each morning.

First, create a morning ritual that is inviting and meets what you desire. Maybe you’ll pour a cup of tea, light a candle and sit in a quiet location. Then, close your eyes, breathe slowly and envision your dream already manifested. You’ll allow the feelings of joy and excitement to arise. You’ll express gratitude for all the steps that have already fallen into place for your dream and the spiritual guides and people who have helped you.

Next, you’ll open your eyes and look at your drawing/model of your vision and/or your list of steps that need to happen next for your dream to be realized. You’ll recommit to the vision once again and set an intention for what you’ll do today or this week. You’ll breathe deeply and smile. Then, blow out your candle to close your ritual.

You may choose to do all or some of these steps in your morning ritual. Or maybe you want to create something different. You decide!

To help you create a space for your morning ritual to unfold effortlessly, remember these steps:

  1. Support healthy sleep – Create an evening routine that supports healthy sleep the night before. Eat a light evening meal, power down electronic devices at least an hour before bed, turn the lights down lower, relax. A good night’s sleep will help you arise rested and energized in the morning.

  1. Prepare for your morning ritual – During your evening routine, set out the items you need for your morning ritual – a candle, match, the drawing of your vision, whatever you may need. Then you’ll be able to easily step into the space in the morning.

  1. Transition into the ritual – Create a simple transition from your normal morning routine into your ritual space. Maybe you light a candle or sit in a special chair. Maybe you play quiet music that helps you to focus. Simple is best.

  1. Mindfully engage – Be attentive and mindfully engage in the morning ritual you create. It doesn’t need to be long. Even 5-10 minutes is effective. Create what works for you and your morning routine.

  1. Be receptive – At the end of your morning ritual, pause with awareness for a few moments. Be receptive to any insights that may arise during this time. You may receive something new and supportive to manifest your dream. Some days, you may receive nothing at all and that’s okay too!

  2. Close the ritual – Close the time for your morning ritual in a simple, yet clear way. Maybe you take 3 slow breaths. Then you stand up and blow out a candle and turn on the lights. Something simple that indicates to you that you’re done and ready to return to your normal morning routine.

Creating a morning ritual that you do every day will support you in staying focused on manifesting your dream. Your intention and commitment will help you maintain your momentum until the end!
