Start Your Day Mindfully to Manifest Your Dream

People who have manifested their dreams will be the first to tell you that it didn’t just happen overnight. They had a clear vision, deliberate habits and sometimes difficult decisions. They often will share how they used the precious moments of the morning to visualize their dream and set their intentions for the day – every day.
If you’re letting your day unfold without visualizing your dream, you’re missing a great opportunity! How you start the day sets the tone for your whole day. And each day leads to a week, a month, a year and your life.
How do you start your day?
Do you set clear intentions for realizing your dream?
Try these 4 steps for starting your morning mindfully and see how it makes a difference on your journey to manifesting your dream.
Prepare – Prepare for your morning routine the night before. Set out your journal, meditation cushion or anything else you may need for the morning. Get a good night’s sleep so you’re rested in the morning. Remind yourself why you’re doing what you’re doing.
Have a Ritual – Create a welcoming ritual that you enjoy and can step into easily each morning. Maybe start with lighting a candle, breathing consciously for a few minutes or reading a sacred text. Choose something that signals to your body that you’re stepping into this sacred morning moment with focus and relaxation.
Visualize Your Dream - Spend 5-10 minutes visualizing your dream manifesting and action steps for the day to realize it. Journal or sketch if you’d like. Here it’s more important to embody the feeling that you want while achieving your dream than the exact steps that need to unfold. Sometimes we can be surprised about how the details unfold, so be open.
If your dream is to sing for an audience, imagine how you would feel being in a studio practicing several times a week for a performance. Visualize yourself as the person who is doing that. Picture singing for an audience and how you feel being the person who has prepared and is now singing for others.
Offer Gratitude and Surrender- Offer gratitude for the support you have and will receive in realizing your dream. Surrender any fixed idea of a certain outcome and you may discover there are other ways of manifesting your dream that you didn’t even realize! Close your morning ritual mindfully with extinguishing the candle or a couple deep breaths.

Now you’re ready to start your day! And you’re one step closer to realizing your dream.
